Those who are over 18 can use our services and purchase them. Cost of passports and Visas For additional facilities, the package may include extra cost. So it’s better to talk to the customer care to be safe.

Travel Documents

It is passenger’s responsibility to ensure that whatever information they have provided is genuine and up to the mark. We are not responsible if due to travel documents provided by you are the reason for any sort of hindrance in the booking process.

Cancellations and Alterations Policy

The air ticket cancellation totally depends on the Cancellation and Alteration Policy. Every individual visiting the website is recommended to check the rules and regulations in the first stage before taking any sort of decision and this will also save you from falling into some big money loss.

Sometimes it happens that because of some environmental and political changes the flights get rescheduled on some routes and we have to cancel the tickets. As this situation is not in our control and that’s the reason why we have to cancel the already confirmed tickets. Though, we ensure that any of our customers don’t face any sort of issues. Therefore, we make sure that every customer gets the information regarding any cancellation prior so that he/she can act accordingly.

You don’t have to panic in this case, as we offer tickets of equal value and standards. If tickets are cheaper, we may return the remaining money but it depends on the situation. The best part is that rescheduling depends on you and you can any time deny it if it’s not preferable for you.

Air-ticket bookings are generally non-refundable unless mentioned in the offer description.

CHANGES AFTER PURCHASE:

As the per the airline rules, any changes after booking is not acceptable. After the confirmation of payment and availability, the time and date are subject to change. If you break any rule and regulation then extra charges will be levied.

From the refund payment, the agent’s administrative costs and agent’s bill will be deducted during cancellation process.

Insurance:

We don’t have any insurance service but yes if you require any travel insurance, our representative can offer you the contact of service providers. We are just a link between you and the service provider, therefore, if any problem occurs, we are not at all responsible. We would suggest you check all the details before purchasing any sort of services. It is also advisable to go for travel insurance, it is very beneficial.

Valid Passports, Visas

TravelOHighs takes no responsibility for the verification and authentication of the traveler’s visa and passport. It is solely your responsibility to keep valid documents with you.

*Note: Traveling without passport and visa will make your visit the jail. Therefore make sure that you have all the legal documents with you

Marketing Materials

The graphics and photos which you see on the website are just for reference purpose. The company doesn’t guarantee the same beauty or location and it may vary due to climatic conditions.

Local Customs and Laws

When you travel to a foreign land the rules and laws may get differ from your own land. Therefore, you should know the basic local customs and laws before traveling to that place.

TravelOHighs has the limited responsibility when it comes to air-ticket booking. The company takes no responsibility for any sort of loss occurs during the journey. For any change or inconvenience, we cannot take any responsibility as it comes under airline rules. Delays, strikes, climatic issues, timetable shifts etc don’t come under the company’s control and therefore we take no responsibility for it.

Luggage

For the damage or loss of goods, we take no responsibility. Only the airline is responsible for this damage under particular Terms and Conditions.

Babies and infants

As we all know that infant cannot occupy the full seat, therefore it’s suggested to talk to the representatives for the detailed information.

Pregnancy

For pregnant travelers, terms and conditions change from airline to airline. So it is suggested to check the details before booking. TravelOHighs takes no responsibility regarding refund after the ticket is booked.

Medical and Physical Condition

It is the traveler’s responsibility to check if they are medically fit to fly or not. TravelOHighs doesn’t take any responsibility of providing medical care on the flight.

The Terms and Conditions mentioned given above is an agreement between TravelOHighs and customers. Accepting the Terms and Conditions is mandatory for availing the services.
